Right of withdrawal for services<\/strong><\/p>

Right of withdrawal for consumers<\/strong>
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)<\/p>

Right of withdrawal<\/strong>
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.<\/p>

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Andreas Venus, Haidberg 2, 94379 Sankt Englmar, telephone number: 016091594448, email address: info@bavarian-bondage.de<\/strong>) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.<\/p>

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online by clicking on a button labelled accordingly (\u201eWithdraw contract\u201c or similar) on our website (bavarian-bondage.de<\/a>). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information about the content of the revocation declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.<\/p>

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.<\/p>

Consequences of the revocation<\/strong><\/p>

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.<\/p>

If you requested that the services for which the contract provides for the payment of a price begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time when you inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.<\/p>

Grounds for exclusion or termination<\/strong><\/p>

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract specifies a particular date or period for performance.<\/p>

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services that obliges the consumer to pay a price, upon complete performance of the service, if the consumer has expressly agreed before the commencement of the service that the entrepreneur may begin providing the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that his right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the contract by the entrepreneur.<\/p>
