Safety How do I guide the rope correctly; Nerves, blood vessels, tendons and joints; What to do in an emergency; unpredictable dangers and general information.

Sailing: What ropes are there; Which rope for which purpose; Advantages and disadvantages of the individual types of rope.

Knot: Different nodes and their applications; secure knot; End nodes and turns

Tieing: We start with the first ties in connection with the learned knots; simple handcuffs, arms and legs; and try and finish with a lighter upper body bondage.

Duration 2.5 hours (with a few short breaks)
