1. The Takate Kote TK or Box Tie,

is a classic upper body restraint and a cornerstone for many other restraints. Furthermore, the Takate Kote is one of the most important elements for hanging bondage and should therefore be mastered safely and without errors!

We deal with the topics:

Takate Kote: Execution and variations with 2 and 3 ropes; Safe knots and rope guidance

Bondage: various restraint options in connection with the learned Takate Kote

Suspension bondage: small introduction to the subject of suspension and partial suspension

Duration 2.5 hours (with a few short breaks)

2. The classics

Many have heard names like Hogtie, Karada, Strappado, Frogtie, etc.! Now it is time to translate the name into action and learn the individual bonds.

We deal with the topics:

Bondage vs shibari or kinbaku: small explanation of the meanings, origins and differences; the classic fetters and their names; are there any differences between bondage and shibari in Europe?

Bondage: The most famous bondage that one hears and sees again and again in different designs and uses; the right knotting techniques and fixing points

Duration 2.5 hours (with a few short breaks)

3. Suspension

When the ground beneath your feet is getting less and less and you share your space with the ceiling light, we're talking about suspension! The supreme discipline in bondage and shibari.

We deal with the topics:

Safety Security is often underestimated, but this is where it is important to know. Attachment points on the ceiling; secure knot and rope guide; What to do in an emergency; Body anatomy; and a lot more.

Suspension bondage: Step by step from the beginning to the free hanging;

Appropriate prior knowledge such as sensible upper body restraint are of course the basis for this workshop.

It has to be clear to all of you that with a 3.5 hour workshop you are still at the very beginning and you are anything but a professional. As with all workshops, it is not about seeing as much as possible as quickly as possible, no, it is about really knowing what you are doing and how to do it.

Semi-Suspension: Hanging bondage in prone, supine and side positions; Variations in the air; classic figures or hanging overhead can be gradually learned at this workshop. But as already mentioned above, you cannot do this alone in a workshop.

Duration 3.5 hours (with longer restraints) necessary, as hanging on the ropes is a great physical strain.
