Der Swivel ist kugelgelagert und verfügt trotz seiner geringen Größe über eine hohe Tragkraft. Durch die verbauten Kugellager kann er sich sehr schnell, geräuscharm und fast widerstandslos drehen.
Um das Drehen zu verhindern, reicht es schon aus, ein Seil ein oder zweimal durch die beiden Öffnungen zu ziehen.
