Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 per order.

We offer free shipping on orders over €130.00.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

Austria: €15.98

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 5-7 days, and for deliveries abroad within 10-12 days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Further details regarding payment

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
