The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you have requested that the services for which the contract provides for payment of a price should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract. corresponds.
Grounds for exclusion or termination
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract specifies a particular date or period for performance.
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services that obliges the consumer to pay a price, upon complete performance of the service, if the consumer has expressly agreed before the commencement of the service that the entrepreneur may begin providing the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that his right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the contract by the entrepreneur.
